What is a period kit?

Period kits are bags that consist of essentials that are needed to help menstuators when they are on they’re menstrual cycle.

How often should I replenish my period kit?

Realistically your period kit should be replenished each month.

Are your period kits environmentally friendly?

In the future we look forward to being completely green most items in our kits are reusable. However, due to the nature of some of our products we do have to take the necessary sanitary precautions.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the United States can take between 3 to 7 business days. Business days DO NOT include the weekend. Shipping can be effected due to Federal holidays; New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Can I track my package?

Yes you can track your package after you have ordered you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to check for updates on the arrival of your package.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently International shipping is not yet available.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

After the order leaves the warehouse we are no longer responsible for the package.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you have placed an order and you have realized that you have enter your address incorrectly. Email support@mentalmenstrual.com immediately to inform us of the error. If a shipping label has not yet been created we will be able to change the address. If the shipping label has been created unfortunately we will not be able to change the address.

How can I return or exchange an item?

As a company, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when shopping with us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the label has been generated for the product. We understand that this may be inconvenient for some customers, but it is necessary in order to maintain the quality and safety of our products.

It is important to note that we take great care in ensuring that all of our products are of the highest quality before they leave our facility. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue and make things right.

We also understand that mistakes can happen during the ordering process, such as accidentally ordering the wrong size or color. Unfortunately, once the label has been generated for the product, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to the order.
